At Radeshop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return and refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, and intimate or sanitary goods are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@radeshop.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to assist us in resolving the issue quickly.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to reasons beyond our control, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement for pending refunds.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@radeshop.com.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@radeshop.com.
8. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
9. International Orders
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees. Radeshop is not responsible for items lost in transit during international returns.
